Excellent location on the heart of Monterrey, the pool was great and the rooms are son comfortable, the buffet breakfast was the best that I tasted. Simply Formidable.

Renovated lobby and some renovation to the rooms. Appreciated the relatively large space of the room, but this hotel in general is tired and in need of update.
-One elevator for entire building is not enough
-A/C doesn't work super well, remained warm most of the night
-Area around hotel isn't super nice

Very nice place and not too expensive compared with other 3-4 Star hotels. Do not expect to be to American standards but do expect to be comfortable and a clean room. The gym, pool and tennis court? were off to the side of the main building but not bad. Not great. The restaurant and bar were nice. Personally, loved my room. Big and spacious. King sized bed with sofa and work station that helped to catch up. The view was not nice at all. Basically, overlooking other people's tin roofs but... it is Mexico and not everyone can afford to manicure their property. Overall, enjoyed my stay and liked the experience. Will try to return.

This is sn amazing place, staff is very friendly and try to accommodate your needs as much as they can. Very clean and comfortable rooms, great view out of the window and everything is very close to it. I promise you will enjoy your stay...
