I highly recommend Rentadora Isis. In the past we have rented from the large franchise car rental companies and finally gave up and quit renting a car rather than deal with the rude service, long waits in line, insurance and damage scams we experienced when renting a car at Cancun airport. Then I found Rentadora Isis! Edgar makes car rental smooth and easy, no tricks or scams, just friendly honest service. His prices are extremely reasonable, insurance is already included in the rental price and the cars are new, very clean and in excellent condition. This is the second year we have rented from Edgar and I look forward to doing business with him on our next trip. Friendly people with great customer service.

We used this agency last Spring. Our experience was flawless and so easy. Price includes all the little fees and headaches other agencies want to charge you. The car was delivered to the airport, waiting for us. And they were there to pick it up. It's nice having a rental while there, you can go exploring on your own, go shopping, go see the ruins, etc. We highly recommend this company. We are actually getting ready to reserve a car for our trip in October.

Everything was good. The listed price is what I paid and when I returned the car they didn't even look at the car or the fuel gauge. They didn't try to scam me for extra $. The car I rented was probably 7-8 years old but drove well (VW Jetta).

For years and years, I've always been told, "Don't rent a car in Mexico." But to really make the most of a trip to the Riviera Maya, you just must have your own car. I'm thrilled to report that Rentadora Isis is an outstanding place to get a rental car. The service was helpful and friendly, the car was in great condition, the price was excellent, and THEY ARE HONEST. My in-laws rented a car from an international company I won't name and got ripped off big time. It's bad enough when the gas stations constantly rip you off. Don't rent a car from a scammer too. Go to Rentadora Isis instead, and you'll be happy.
