. Se los he pedido por vario medios desde hace dos meses. Creo que para mi es una molestia y para ustedes perdida de clientes.
Lo mismo me han hablado buscando smartfit Americas y Sao Paulo en Guadalalajara.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. While on assignment in Mexico I wanted to work out at a gym. There was one near me called “Smart Fit” so I went there and between my non existent Spanish and their extremely limited English I thought I had made it quite clear that I only wanted a one month pass as I would not be in Mexico any longer than that.
The person I spoke to at Smart Fit told me that I could only use my Master Card if I paid for the more expensive membership, I offered to pay for the less expensive membership in cash but they said they could not accept cash; this did not seem right to me but wanting to use the gym I agreed to pay for the more expensive membership. I again stressed with them that I only wanted a one month membership and they again assured me I would only be billed for the one month. I signed their agreement and they ran my card.
I brought their paperwork to work and asked a Mexican colleague to look at it for me and he told me it looked as if I signed up for a one year membership. I had him come back to the gym with me to dispute this and we spoke to the same woman that ran my card previously and she told him that I had agreed to a one year membership, which I would not have done as I was not going to be in Mexico for that long. I was clearly taken advantage of by the staff at Smart Fit.
The one night I *attempted* to use the gym it was so overcrowded it was like trying to work out in an elevator. The members here have no gym etiquette to the point of being rude. The place is a complete mess with weights and dumbbells left wherever they are dropped and there are paper towels and empty water bottles everywhere.
I had to remove several weights from the squat rack to try to use it, only to return to find someone had decided to use it ahead of me since I had just cleaned it up for them.
The place is a pig sty and the people that work there are dishonest; I recommend going to any other gym than Smart Fit
