The instructors are great at pushing you to achieve your goals and are very educated on fitness. The environment is great and the equipment is top notch. It's open 24/7 with secure gym access card. Highly recommend this gym.

I've been signed up to other gyms in EP, this is hands down the best place to train in the city.
This gym has it all, cardio section, good weightlifting section(machines/freeweights/unmatched barbell selection), lots of crossfit equipment and a large MMA/boxing area.
Whether you are into crossfit, powerlifting, bodybuilding or are looking to start your fitness journey(guys and girls) you should definitely check this place out.
The staff are very friendly and helpful always. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
