Booked the reservation through Expedia which was already paid for. Upon arriving to the airport they brought us to an offsite location and I was told reservation would cost me $345. Spoke to Edgar, he was completely rude, we waited about 10 minutes for him to get out of his cell phone dealing with personal business. Then he said we ought to pay $345 for basic coverage, meanwhile we had already paid Expedia for the package. We explained to him and he rudely said "this is what you need to pay if you want the car, if not you can go somewhere else". Thank God we found another rental place (National) nearby and it was half the price. Next day we spoke to Expedia and they said we were not supposed to pay anything extra so we got our money refunded. Point blank, don't make business with these people.
