Don't rent a car here. It is really horrible! Very unfriendly and they tell you a lot of bullshit. They say there are scratches but there aren't because they want the money from the insurance. And they manipulated the gas tank so you have to fill up 100%. Please go anywhere else but not to Europcar if you want to enjoy your holidays.

Worst car rental ever.
Only because the car is completely insured they try to add some scratches and dents. The customer has no costs but they cheat the insurance and you have to sign it.
Furthermore they forced us to return the car with 100% gas while we took it with 50% and they charged us after a 15 days rental for the car wash... Unbelievable!

I was alone with two little children for holidays in Mexico. To be honest I was sooo afraid to rent a car in Mexico. At the other side I was curios to explore it. So I told my fears to the employees at Europcar. They were so nice. They gave me maps and explained me the driving rules. Also I became a upgraded better car than I booked online.Than my vacaiton started and we had the most beautiful time of our life. I didn´t have any problems with the car or the payment. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much. Que viva Mexico! Greets and love from Germany
