Had a great experience renting here. On vacation from US and rented a Chevy Aveo Automatic trans here to drive to Chichen Intza ruins. Opted for full insurance and got a very reasonable rate for two days. They even dropped us back at our resort when we were finished for cheaper than a taxi would have changed. 10/10 would rent here again.

Good experience renting a car here. Car was low mileage and new with good AC. Diana Corrales was friendly and explained the reasonable charges. Will definitely rent here again.

Rented for one day for trip to visit the ruins. Opens late and staff was friendly and professional. Very reasonable rate with all insurance included. Return was as easy as check in and staff even gave me a ride back to hotel.

Rent here if you happen to be a tourist who doesn’t want to be hustled and taken advantage of. These guys are straightforward and honest- no trickery. The lady at the desk was friendly, accommodating, spoke English, and was able to answer all my questions. I paid $192 USD for a 5-day rental and received a brand new car with all of the insurance included in this price (perhaps I could have haggled this price down, but I felt it was a fair price working out to $38/day). The car was the last in the lot that wasn’t already reserved and was in the process of being serviced, so the gas tank was on E when I picked it up. Because of this they told me I could return it on E, or with whatever amount of gas was left in it, and honored this agreement when I dropped it off. I used a credit card for the rental because I had done a lot of research online that said NOT to use a debit card for car rental because credit cards have better theft protection and would not directly drain your bank account should an overcharge occur. After having rented with them, I don’t think this company would do that, but according to my other online research you might have to worry about this elsewhere in the area. The car was a brand spankin new Nissan March: super clean, worked perfectly, and had air conditioning. I drove it down to Tulum, to several beaches, and out to Coba with absolutely no glitches. The company did put a $500 deposit on my card which was not a problem upon return of the car in good condition (even though I left a bit of sand in the interior and a moderate amount of dust on the exterior). This was actually a smaller deposit than the Playa Del Carmen Thrifty car rental company whom I cancelled my reservation with due to a $2000 deposit and horrible online reviews. I definitely recommend this car rental shop for your Mayan Riviera adventure.
