One of the best holidays ever. Really good food, comfortable rooms and great service from the staff. Try and go to Mexico at least once. It's a fabulous place

Very nice resort, great food, friendly and helpful staff. Super clean, cool, comfortable rooms, along with the whole resort. Everything a person needs and more. Fridges in the rooms come stocked with an assortment of beverages all included as well as plenty of water, no need to be running around looking to fill your water bottle. Bus picks up to take to the beach every half hour all day long. One week was just not long enough. Wifi available in all the public locations with super good connections. Quiet, peaceful......the list goes on. The best resort I have ever been to.

Resort was great, food and service were good, transport to the beach was simple, making not being right on the beach not too bad. Only things that could be improved were pillows and whole the bed was alright it could have been better.

Great hotel and great staff team. All the staff are very nice and smiley (it feels natural and genuine).
We had one of our best holiday ever in Riu Lupita.
Pros:
- delicious food, good variety, food not the same everyday
- nice restaurants: main restaurant, mexican, italian and beach steak house (my big favourite!)
- good air conditioner and fan in rooms, we actually had enough using the fan and it was really hot outside
- very very very nice waiters and waitresses
- I loved the night entertainment every night at 9:45 with different shows (We stayed 12 days and never saw the same one twice)
- very nice entertainment team offering games and activities during the day
The only downsides that I can think of are:
- old fashioned rooms (I think with some damp or humidity issues) Nice, new bathroom and great shower though
- bed sheets and towels had a weird smell even though they were clearly clean
- of course the fact that you need to get a bus shuttle 20 min long to get to the beach
I will definitely come back!
