Life Synergy Retreat was incredible! I am leaving feeling rejuvenated and with so much information to use at home. I never knew how easy fermented foods are to make or how versatile. Within one week of being at Life Synergy all of the bloating I usually experience daily disappeared. Along with feeding me amazing food, Juan taught me how to make it all, and I will be forever grateful! Now I don't have to come to Playa del Carmen to feel this good (although nothing will stop me from returning to this beautiful paradise)! Thank you so much!!

I stayed at Life Synergy with Juan for 1 week in Playa del Carmen, and I was truly impressed by how much knowledge Juan has in regards to nutrition, meditation, yoga and living a healthy lifestyle. Juan has an ability to combine them all to meet my specific needs, in terms of what diet I need, what yoga poses are best suited for my body issues, especially his knowledge as a massage therapist (I highly recommend getting a thereputic massage as well ) . Juan is a genuine person, he intuitively knows how to treat your mind, body, and spirit , it truly is a holistic retreat. I highly recommend staying and experiencing Life's Synergy .

I stayed with Juan for two weeks in Playa Del Carmen and it was such an amazing experience! I learned so much about nutrition, meditation, and living a healthy lifestyle.
