Either staff was having a bad day, or they just suck as they all seemed to be unfriendly
You need to ask for towels, which are small and dont absorb well and ressemble the rags painters use for spills
Toilet paper is 1 roll for 1 room, and its the cheap roll that feels like sandpaper if it doesnt tear on you
Rooms are decent, and bathroom seems clean, no soap holders and curtains dont work, so be ready for a slippery floor
Also no clothes hangers so your best bet is using the top of the toilet or the toilet seat
Poor engineering so be weary of peeping toms as you can see into other bathrooms if they forget to close the window....lol...maybe that was planned
Windows do not have screens so pray rats or cockroaches or other critters come in if its open while you sleep
Only good thing is its cheap and close to downtown

Went to visit Puebla and Africam Safari so we decided to stay here because is near every where

Good side: Economic, close to down town and plenty of services around, good cleaning service, always on time. Bad side: They don't give towels, you've got to ask them every time at reception, the water pressure it's too low, and the beds are squinky, the rooms don't retain noise, so you can hear the talks on the next room pretty easily. Overall it's a nice place if you want something cheap and don't care for luxury.

A great location near the centre of town and the market square area. Its close to the street with the banks on it and not too far from some good eateries. The views from the rooms are good (depending where your room is) and its nice to be able to see above the roof tops. The hotel rooms are fairly standard and are a little dated furniture wise but it has everything you need and they are clean. All in all a good place to rest your head.
