This is the best vegetarian restaurant I've been to in Latin America thus far. They have an large spread of both typical Mexican recipes and modern takes on traditional dishes. Their salad bar is extensive as is their desserts. The service was nothing to write home about, but it wasn't bad either. The space was surprisingly large and naturally bright. I may eat here again during my short stay.

There is a lot of options to try. They offer a great vegetarian buffet ! Also for an accessible price. Try the burgers!

A large vegetarian restaurant which has a front area for to order foods (sandwiches, fresh juices, smoothies) and a back area which has a buffet.
There is little direction from staff as to what the process is, so I'll lay it out here for you. Go in, navigate to the back of the restaurant, sit and/or drop off your goods, then hit the buffet. A server will run by sometime later for hot drinks and bread.
Coffee here was extremely watered down, tasting little of the black gold I wanted. The buffet was mostly expected mexican food, covered in white cheeses. All in all, I think there are better places for the price.
