I love finding places like this on the road. It was located close to our bed and breakfast; almost always had locals in it; prices were cheap (M$15/quesadilla); and the food was tasty!

Wow!!!! The best quesadilla I ever had. The hot sauce was also incredible. Can't wait to go back.

Looks like a place gringos would never stop to eat,I had the best hand made quesadillas sopes or whatever it is they serve of my life.The killer is their tortillas which doesnt look like a tortilla,has the perfect texture,a little crunch to it,full of flavor with the other 2 ingredients inside it, Queso non refrigerated,and your choice of an other non refrigirated ingredient such as cooked mushrooms in a special sauce,chicharonnes(highly recommended)or whatever they have,ate there twice with wife and kids,no digestion problems.
