I am in the middle of a 3 week stay and love it here. I rate it 5 stars in terms of quality for price. The staff is fantastic, food good, rooms clean & spacious. The all inclusive beach club is a short walk away, and the location is good for my needs. Maybe not for those who want a true 5 star experience, but great for my wish to have a laid back & friendly holiday.

Spent four nights here with my wife and we were very pleased. Just a couple things to be aware of: (1) This places is catered toward Mexican families. That means the food might seem too foreign to appreciate for some folks. (2) They serve drinks in cheap plastic cups in the pool area, we recommend bringing your own reusable cup that they will be happy to refill it for you. (3) They will offer you breakfast and a day pass at a different resort the morning after you check-in. This is an effort to get you to sit through a sales presentation. (4) This location is not located on the beach. They do, however, have a beach club that you can use for free during the day. Your all-inclusive benefit extends to the beach club as well. (5) Don't miss the opportunity to dine in their restaurant which requires reservations. The entrees were delicious and an improvement over the buffet food.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay. We would consider staying again if we find ourselves in the Puerto Vallarta area.

food is great, service is so friendly, the facilities are well maintained. but if you are into a more luxurious experience would probably not be the place you're looking for. the beach is 5 min away walking from the lobby but there is also a free shuttle that takes you there. it's actually a place to go and relax, and listen to live music is a must.

It is a 4 star Hotel but I give it 5 starts because it is what it should be. The buffet style breakfast and lunch is great. You find the food to be good, from the recent made tortillas an hotcakes to the have it your way eggs and all the different foods they have. It does not matter if you are a vegetarian or a carnivore you will find something to eat. The customer service is great if you go to the buffet and you have Francisco as your server you would be well taken care. The snack bar offers from mix drinks to beer and sodas, pizza, hamburgers, nachos and a salad. The lobby restrooms are really clean and have AC for each one. It is wheelchair accessible so no one is left behind. The pool is not deep but it has a great size and it is always clean. It has a section for kids. They will do everything possible to satisfy your drinks. And if you want a private romantic dinner this is a place that will go out of its way to make it happen. They have an all inclusive and just room reservation. The structure of the Hotel makes you feel that you are in Puerto Vallarta when it was young and the movie The night of the iguanas was needing filmed. And if if you like iguanas you will have the opportunity to see them up close and personal. The price is really accessible for the quality you will receive. Enjoy a great time and forget about the stressful life.

The staff is very nice and helpful especially Laura who is the day time manager. The hotel is located close to everything conveniently so most places are a short walk away.
