It was OK.... we stayed here for 1 night when we first flew in because it was the cheapest thing that we could find near the beach in this area at the time.
We ended up at the hotel inside the shopping center for the same price or cheaper yet it included breakfast and it was brand new.
The rooms here are massive, it was like apartment. We were given broken remotes so our TV and AC didn't work and the WiFi was down... they fixed it the next day so just a minor glitch. Bathrooms need to be re done but they are fine just not new or fancy.
If you have a pet or are getting a monthly deal this may be a great place the pool was nice with gardens and lounge chairs but we preferred the beach so this hotel didn't really suit our needs for the price. If the price was a bit cheaper we would have stayed.

This is a nice place, comfy beds and big room.
My only complaint is when I booked I confirmed the reservation on "one travel" for 1062 peso then when getting there I was told to pay 1262 peso. Not really that great for the cost because we could have stayed at an all inclusive for a couple hundred pesos more. The big reason on choosing this place was the price because it was only for 1 night. Next time I will stick to the hotel that I always go to that is all inclusive for the extra couple hundred pesos, and it actually cost more to stay here not less with meals and drinks.
This is a nice place, comfy beds and big room.

The big draw is that this place is pet-friendly. It says hotel, but the unit I stayed in was more like an apartment, including a full kitchen and a mud room. Within a 5 minute walk of shopping and restaurants at Plaza Caracol (also mostly pet-friendly), and more great options at the Food Park just outside the hotel grounds. Only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It's not cheap by nightly / weekly prices, but they have much lower rates for longer term stays. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
