Beautiful hidden gem, at an affordable price, with incredible views (but it is a steep climb, about 10 minutes at a brisk walk, up from the main beach promenade!). This area is not wheelchair accessible and would be a difficult climb for the elderly or those with knee/back issues. Otherwise it is an amazing small hotel with a small lane pool on the roof, ample space and vibrant colours, and delicious free breakfast every morning as part of any room booking. Highly recommend! The walk up and down is also safe - but I recommend taking a taxi up/down if you are alone or out very late at night, as it is not expensive.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures. The room was tiny with no balcony. We had an uninvited guest, a lizard in the room. It is not handicap accessible. The entrance is very steep and dangerous. The kitchen was dirty and refrigerator filthy. Only good thing was the view. Definitely would not recommend it.

Great view. Simple if not "rustic rooms." It's all about the roof top pool and view of the bay. Def a steep walk up the hill behind church. Have strong legs or pay for taxis.

A small boutique hotel in the heart of Puerto Vallarta with the best view in town. Comes with continental brekfast and really nice rooms with great furnishing.

We decided to stay in this hotel for one night bc it had good reviews but as soon as we arrived the front desk person didn't greet us with the customer service that a 4star hotel should! We come from California where the customer service here is way better than this hotel. Mainly one person ruin my whole day and our last day in Puerto Vallarta, her name is Araceli. She treated my friend in a very racist way, which is crazy to me because if she would have spoken in a different type of tone everything would have turned out differently. The outcome of her actions made all of us have a very uncomfortable stay in this hotel which is a shame bc it's a very nice hotel, but I rather stay at posada de roger where their hospitality is way BETTER! My friend would have paid more the money was not the problem but if you don't deserve it you shouldn't demand it especially when we ask for assistance with luggages since we are females we had a lot to carry just needed a little assistance going down the steps regardless I shouldn't have to explain my friend has a very bad back. Araceli response was, "we have no one, Can't you do it?!" With this answer I really was in shock lmao! I just couldn't handle this but laugh. I knew she was full of s....! since the i had seen a guy upstairs by the pool so I went out of my way to ask him and he was nice and helped we tipped him because we were grateful for his help. I don't understand how the guy in the front office at night was so nice and told us not to worry about anything but the morning person Araceli was like literally day and night.! I don't even care for a refund at this point.. I just want MANA to know how one of their employees just ruin someone's trip. And a management answer shouldn't be," you don't have to come back to Luna liquida if you don't like it because we have enough of 5 stars" like if my one or two stars isn't irrelevant?! Just know that the whole experience stay here was not to our satisfaction and yes I know we don't have to stay here next time and most definitely I won't! But thank you for that one guy that helped with my luggages.
