Overall for the price and accommodations, I would give it 4 stars. The junior suite room has a great view of the pool and ocean. The food isn't great and drinks are watered down but I guess that's expected at an all inclusive resort. Everyone here is really nice and there are a lot of pools to swim in. It's definitely not a place to go to for a relaxing, quiet getaway because there are a ton of people. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Now Amber. Which has a better selection of alcohol. Both Now Amber and Secrets are in the same compound, you can move between them and there aren't any wristbands at these all inclusive resorts. I'm not sure how they keep tabs on people walking back and forth between hotels.
The hotel rooms are really nice as well, I'd definitely come back! Travel time from the hotel to the night life is about a 10-15min cab ride.

We stayed at secrets for our honeymoon and the place was wonderful. Great service, the room was lovely and plenty to do. The food was above par however some seemed not prepared well or sitting out too long. The cleaning service was good but they tended to miss replacing items at time. Our biggest complaint was probably the beach being very Rocky and unlike the pictures... However that could be due to the storms. Overall we really enjoyed our time and would consider returning for a vacation or anniversary

Beautiful resort. Wonderful room, stayed in the preferred tower. Great service. Like that it is an all inclusive so you don't have to worry about many extras, except tapping into the extensive wine list is not included as are extra spa services. Speaking of, can't say enough great things about the spa. Truly a place of beauty and relaxation, right out of a magazine.
