I really liked it here. Friendly and helpful staff. They speak English which is helpful in its own right but they are also very quick to assist in travel arrangements and directions and such. Breakfast is included but it is a bit small and sometimes (at least while I was there, I suppose it may not be a common occurrence) the water ran out in Posada II. This was easily remedied by taking the 30 second walk around the corner to Posada I. Posada II is about 80 to 100 pesos a night and Posada I is a bit more expensive. They are part of Hosteling International and you should get a discount with them if you have your card. If not, you can sign up for Hosteling International through the, I paid 200 pesos but they charge anywhere from 200 to 350. Good beds, tons of blankets if needed, towels are provided, internet and Wifi, kitchen, bar, TVs. All in all, really enjoyed staying here and I will certainly stay here again when I return to San Cristobal.
