I have rented cars from this company twice and they're great. The staff are friendly and helpful, able to speak both English and Spanish. The rates are reasonable, and they go out of their way to help you. For example, the first time I rented from them I forgot to say that I needed an automatic transmission. On the day of pick-up I thought they had only manual and I thought our trip would be ruined - but they quickly got a different car ready for us and we were on our way. Similarly, when I didn't realize we had a limit on how many km we could drive, they waived the fee for going over it. Thank you so much Renta Auto for making our trips a success!
