Service is OK. Don't go by the price you are quoted online. This is a common thing here in Mexico where they don't include the MANDATORY liability insurance in the original price, and only when you arrive they tell you you have to purchase this, as is required by the Mexican authorities, for around 25USD PER DAY. I insisted in going rogue and not pay this ridiculous fee so they placed a hold on my CC for the price of the rental car (~USD 15,000). No issues with that, as I have primary collision coverage through my bank. On return, I asked if they knew which is the cheapest way to get to the San Ysidro border from there and a smartass of an attendant offered to drive me the whole 10 blocks for $20 dollars. I'd give this location one star but everywhere is pretty much the same in this country. Everyone's always trying to make an extra buck off of ya. Just be alert and don't fall for their tricks.

worst place to rent. I have payed trough internet my rental. in the shop they asked me to pay again because they did not see my payment. they asked me to bring the proof to have the refund. I did and they told me ok we will refund you later. They never did. we exchanged a couple of emails and always promising the refund. do not rent there. they are thiefs. never again with budget. never again in that place.
