Simplemente la PEOR experiencia rentando un auto. El auto me dejó tirado sin batería en la calle y se tardaron 5 horas en enviar ayuda y cambiar la unidad. No tuvieron ni la decencia de reembolsarme el tiempo perdido, ahora me obligan a llamar a su call center para discutirlo. Completamente incompetentes.

I wish I could give zero stars. We have been waiting for 50 minutes for someone to come to the office, we prebooked and checked-in and yet no one is here. We keep being told they are coming. This is our holiday they are wasting. What is the point in booking with a large company like hertz.
