Delicious Oaxacan food and excellent, warm service. I asked for no cheese in my food and they brought me a plate that they were careful not to garnish with sprinkled cheese but unfortunately there was cheese inside. In fact one of my three enchiladas had nothing but cheese inside. Still, I'd recommend the place -- somewhat upscale, good food, nice atmosphere. I tried a locally made beer on the waiter's recommendation and it was good.

I've heard the complaint that Los Pacos has suffered in quality but as a tourist who has not experienced the old days, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The Mole is fantastic and it's fun to try all the different kinds of Mole they offer. There's even a plate with all 6 kinds of Mole in small portions so you can get a sample of everything.
