Friendly and very helpful staff. My room was much bigger than I expected. It was also very clean. I enjoyed my meals at the restaurant; breakfast, lunch, dinner... Mexican food is great. The only watch out for this place is that due to traffic, it takes a while to get from the hotel to downtown so plan accordingly. Ideally it should take 35 minutes to get to downtown, but add another 30 minutes to maybe 45 minutes as buffer in the mornings. The hotel helped me get a 🚕 cab when I needed it. It's a very affordable place to stay if you want to avoid the over priced hotels close to downtown. On of the Better Holiday Inns I've stayed in so far.
It's was amusing being stared at haha. I guess the area isn't used to seeing black people lol.

Hotel itself is very nice looking, and the staff are very helpful. The attached restaurant wasn't very good however.

The service is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the overall look of the hotel is awsome (art everywhere), I definitely recommend it.
