We rented a car from the Casablanca airport and brought it back two weeks later in the downtown location. There was some minor damage but everything was noted by the clerk. They told me I would get the refund on my credit cart within 2 weeks but I received it the next day.
Everything went smoothly as you would expect from Hertz.

Hamid Never will do business with in my life. Left my wife and kids stranded after they confirmed my booking. Totally dropped the ball DO NOT USE THEM they over charged me and other be carefully do not use them.

DONT RENT A CAR FROM THESE THEIFS!!
THEY WILL ROBB YOUR DEPOSIT AND CHEAT YOU. THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH GOOD, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JOKE AND ALL THEY DO IS LIE. ITS BEEN 6 WEEKS SINCE I RENTED A CAR FROM THEM AND I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY DEPOSIT WICH IS 18000dhr. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IN MAROCCO.

Hertz Casablanca airport location is the worst car rental location I have ever experienced.
It has been 6 days since the return of my rental vehicle but they have not returned my security deposit. When i finally got a hold of them, they told me that they discovered a new damage although when they checked the vehicle at the time of return there was none. On top of all these, they convinced me to purchase their full insurance coverage which has no deductible.
Again, this is the worst place to rent a car.
