The worst experience ever. I was shown one car, but given a different car. To return the car, I had to contact one person who directed me to a different person and so on. Biggest headache ever. I absolutely don't recommend this company to even my enemy.

If you don't speak a local language fluently, and don't feel like arguing for a long time, don't!
We had to first convince the girl at the counter that we had already paid through Car Del Mar (even though we had all the paperwork with us), then that we didn't want to pay twice the price for a slightly better car ... that seemed unexpected, and with some calls and Whatsapp messages she somewhere got a totally dirty, scratched/dented car, fuel blinking empty. This took about 2 hours in total.
The car worked nicely though, and returning it went relatively smooth.

This place is a rip off, I had a reservation for a couple of weeks and the nasty female with a major attitude problem acted like she was surprised to see me. I was told that she made a mistake and gave the car to someone else. I paid almost $650.00 for 6days when in front of me, a number of Saudis or middle eastern men just walked in without any notice or whatsoever because I'm Moroccan and I understood exactly
the conversations, She offered them automatic with half the price I paid for the same amount of time. I was furious but had a 20 hrs flight and was too tired to argue. I really felt trapped and cheated. I will pray that God take care of her, I give up on people like her. I wish them no harm but she should not be working in that office. Live and learn, next time I know what to not do. Morocco is no place to rent a car ahead. DO NOT Rent car from sovoy especially if your coming from Europe or United States. I hope this review will help you make up your mind.
