This is a clean, tidy and well maintained relatively new hotel. It is situated near the port and across the road from a train station.
There a number of good restaurants nearby and also a large market complex.
There is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Breakfast was reasonably good and at a good price.

The room is not clean, a bit of dirt and bad smell in bathroom.
