Everything nice. Got room with view as promised. Great reception. Especially Fatima Zhar, spoke good English kind n understanding. Convenient money exchange.
Casablanca first place in the world I encountered where $$ are not as accepted. Good restaurant with moderate prices for a hotel, excelent free breakfast. Offers handy water for joggers and breakfast to go for travelers in a hurry. Helpful concierge. Knowledgeable. Located near bus and convenient stores n great Chinese food. Authentic Taiwanese restaurant with PORK ,unheard of in Muslim country.

Excellent service, very good location,Very good breakfast too. Personnal so professional special thanks to Karima for her help and she was always listening and asking if we need something she helped us a lot to make choices thanks you

The hotel was very well managed and run!
Staff are well educated and very polite they are taking care but not disturbing
Your staff (concierge, reception, restaurant, spa, bar) was conscientious, courteous and professional.
Especially I would like to thank Ms ILHAM from reception and Mr SOUFIANE from restaurant for their kindness.

It was really Amazing experience...really enjoyed the stay with Sofitel casablanca.... excellent Staffs. I had my dinner at Oriental Restaurant and it was awesome especially the staff zineb was really nice... really appreciate all the staffs...Good Hotel to stay...
