A busy transit hotel for tourists. Right in the busy down town area. Almost non existent parking. The traffic has to stop for you to get down particularly if you in a bus or van. Crowded and cramped lobby. Rooms are small but well kept and clean. An average restaurant. You have to just step on to the street to get just about anything. Even the metro tram is at the door step.

Great hotel with history. Tremendous art deco building from the 1930's (former Shell office building). Excellent location.

Great all round, staff couldn't have been better...a special thanks for Kaoutar, from Front Office, she is amazing !... Rooms are lovely and restaurants and bars were all great too. ...will definitely come back
