I was in this hotel for almost 3 months. Service needs to be better and more consistent. Housekeeping staff needs to be discreet...They come in the room 2-3 times a day...once to clean... Once to replace towels... Another time to keep water bottles... Why can't they do it all at once?
However staff is polite and they can speak English.

Good location to Medina and tourist attraction. Avoid the goat in the resturant. Nice bar and pool-area. Training facilities and spa/beauty saloon available. Would like to return.

Have stayed here several times. The staff here is very helpful and most of them seem to be working here for a long time and are well aware of guest requirements. Some improvements can be done on the quality of rooms however the location overcomes this. I got peaceful sleep always at this hotel.
