Unprofessional staff and if the so called owner is not there or don't answer the phone don't expect any answer regarding the super expensive overpriced stuff they sell.
Went there and called several times for an rc part, and apparently if you don't buy a super over-priced & expensive item from the store they treat you like crap.
And just like the owner told me "you can find your parts in online store" and way cheaper than this snobby store!
Also this is not a 100% rc store, they sell custom bikes and cars too (wtf??) which means its not managed by people who care and are passionate about rc, so if u go there u might soon find them selling fallafels and hookas.
Advice to rc fans: get your parts from online stores or if you have friends traveling ask them to get the parts for you.. It will be cheaper and faster than this useless unprofessional store.
