Really great historic hotel. Great location. Well maintained with modern rooms. Staff was really friendly and breakfast also a plus.

Nice and clean riad. Non drinking and non smoking. Wifi sucks and it is the only flaw.

Riad was most unusual hotel I visited on my Morocco tour. Rooms vary greatly in size and equipment and it is built in three high floors (long stairs, mind you!). Riad was most beautiful and felt authentic. Staff was very helpful, even if English wasn't their strongest (as it is nowhere in Morocco) language, and waiters here were a lot more professional than in any other place I visited in Morocco.
Hotel was rather quiet, but that really depends on the people staying there. The rooms have large windows into them and walls are paper-thin. Prayer calls are very loud in the morning.
There was wifi, bit disappointing though, but you should just go and see the old town! Be prepared to get lost, though!
