Its like a Picasso. Good from afar, but far from good.
Slow service, not 100% clean bathroom, average massage in the spa, omlette served as scrambled eggs. . But has potential to be very good!

Honestly this hotel barely deserves half a star, for the comfortable bed maybe. A room with a view on the ocean but not very clean regarding its a luxury hotel. No private beach like its mentionned. It was a beach with free access to public. A horrible service, I had to ring the reception every time I wanted to order food because room service was not picking up and then wait for ages again for the room service to ring me back like the staff in the reception always promised. Then wait for the food to be served, to finally find ants in the food..yummy!! They called me from the hotel at 7 am and woke me up to finally realize that they wanted to call someone else. Can this be any more professional ? The cleaner that opens the door and goes inside the room straight away. I was so dissapointed because this hotel is nothing like 5 stars hotel and the prices are pretty expensive. I swore I will never go back to essaouira because of this horrible hotel.

Not the best for the price. I would say lower average. You get nothing in the room not even a small bottle of water!?!? absolotely a no go.The internet connection is really a joke, it took me 15 min to connect and write this. I got much better hotels for less money. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I am rather disappointed and disguised with the service and sheer arrogance of the front desk employee. By 3pm after a return my room was not cleaned i called the front see ask for assistance and the staff there was rude actually very rude. I asked for a manager but no manager was on duty, told she is on break. Anyway he called her she mentioned she was no lunch and will get back to me after an hour she never did. I assure you that the RIADS offer you better service and are much more caring. You get a welcome drink, you feel special they provide you water each day at this 5 star establishment you get nothing. My suggestion bring you maid along with you to clean you room .
