Nice gym. Has everything you would want - all the various cardio & weight machines, as well as room for stretching, free weights, etc. Gym and change rooms are very clean. They have lots of classes listed too, but I didn't try those.
Note though that there is no "off hours" discount for day passes (based on their website I had thought there was).
