Its okay. Not the best gym in Nepal, but you get what you paid for I guess. But sometimes it does get crowded. Toilets need maintenance.

Quite a good selection of machines to work out in the gym, several treadmills upstairs. Equipment is a bit dated and would definitely deserve more maintenance. No lockers provided for one-time visitors, watch your stuff yourself.
