Big Gym.............Hele slechte communicatie. Ik wil 2 abo's afsluiten. Ben nu 2 maanden bezig. Ik heb 2x gemaild naar hoofdkantoor. Geen enkele reactie waarom ik geen 480 euro aan het bedrijf in alkmaar mag overmaken. 1x gebeld. Gesloten alleen te bereiken van 0900 tot 1200!.! Langs geweest en gesprek gehad met de bedrijfsleider al daar. Deze zou een verzoek achterlaten om mij terug te bellen. Klacht aangemaakt via consumentenbond etc. etc. Ook daarop geen reactie o.i.d. Kortom Big Gym Alkmaar doet zijn best. Hoofdkantoor is waardeloos. Als dit DE GYM moet zijn.

Goede sportschool maar slecht management, addi is zijn naam en komt afspraken niet na.

Nice place, some people don't use towel, also some people noisy throwing the weights and using two or more machines at the same time, putting everything in a mess. Fortunately, the staff is very kind and patiently they put everything in order.
