Good experience renting with Diks. Customer service was nice a friendly. We had to wait 20 min for our car though, although the extended our rental time

Mostly nice service, cars are in good shape. Really cheap if you need some wheels for a few hours.
Not for tourists! You need to have proof you are resident of the Netherlands.

With great satisfaction I have been a regular at the Diks location Zwijgerlaan for at least 15 years.
The team on site combine a professional attitude with a very empathic customer approach.
The very few times that there were glitches they immediately put in there best efforts to find a most suitable solution, even when understaffed on rush hours.
Great bunch and very comforting site atmosphere!!
