Stay away from this rental firm. We booked a car in Amsterdam central: Checkout is in a garage with not much light. Our fault not to insist on better conditions, but we trusted enterprise. After a save trip without any problems, we got surprise when they directly pointed out the below bump at the side of the door (can you see it? I can't!) and charge us now more than 300 EUR for this which is not our fault. I still hope they come back with a fair solution, but so far cannot recommend this at all!

Unfortunately not a pleasant customer experience.
A one day car hire turned needlessly into a negative experience lasting a couple of weeks.
On returning my rental a barely perceivable nick on a plastic wheel cover was atributed to me. I had caused no damage and concluded that this normal wear and tear had probably been there from the onset but was overlooked by me due to the fact that I didn't think of inspecting the plastic wheel covers of this car which was registered in 2015( I did a registration check).
I promptly made my displeasure known, took pictures of the so called damage and contacted the damage department. I was swiftly informed that the damage would have no financial consequences to me as the renter. My deposit would be released. End of story? No!
The quick and satisfactory resolution by the damage department was undermined by the failure by (an individual at) the Enterprise Car Rental Amsterdam Central Station office to promptly release my deposit for weeks. I guess that with all the positive reviews which i also read before renting you can afford to treat one of your customers like I was treated. I won't be returning.

They did not have appropiate baby seats as the ones they have take ages to install. They do not have the isofix ones. We had to cancel it and rent a car in another company. Avoid it if you need a safe baby seat.
