I am very satisfied with Palestra Sports at Amsterdam, I follow the group lessons and I am very impressed with the trainers, mainly I follow the classes with Sydney and I find the combination of exercise very efficient.
Besides, I would suggest, maybe in the future we could have a meditation class once a week in Palestra schedule.
