Great teachers, great studio. If you are looking for a nice beginner class, or an experienced class with excellent teachers, this is the place. And, what I love about this studio is that it's not about "image", but about the pose. And men know how to find this studio too. I've been going to this studio ever since I moved to Amsterdam, and I have tried quite a few places. I totally recommend this yoga studio if you are into yoga and want to deepen your practice.

A well-equipped, bright, comfortable Iyengar yoga studio with skillful and highly experienced teachers. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore what yoga is in a systematic and safe manner.

Van de rugklachten af en naar de verschillende houdingen toewerken dankzij de zo fraai geformuleerde instructies. Het is ontzettend fijn om naar deze yoga school te gaan. Rembert en Kristien zijn zeer deskundige en prettige Iyengar yoga docenten. Zij letten op het individu en geven persoonlijke aanwijzingen.
