The Poekoelan Kung Fu school is a fantastic place to train, get in shape and learn a authentic martial art and effective self-defense. Great for kids, teenagers and adults. I have been training for 13 years now and love what I have learned to take care of myself on the streets of any city. Also, love the feeling of community and the good friends I have made there.
