Isabelle is a born yoga teacher with great insights into the body and mind. Her classes are well planned and she is patient with newcomers. I would highly recommend her for anyone who wants a transformative hour of postures and meditation. I always come out feeling more at peace with the world.

Small classes, hand picked, knowledgeable teachers and great vibe. No religion, just relaxation; love the motto and it is totally incarnated there!!
