I went to Kyoto-Sushi at the behest of my grandson who is a Sushi lover for lunch on 27th October 2017. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, cordial and welcome atmosphere. The restaurant is quite close to the central Station on tourist popular street, Damrak.
After we were seated, the menu was presented with various choices. We chose the deluxe superior menu allowing us to order unlimited number of dishes. We ordered sushi, beans, seaweeds, tempura, fish, rice and various other tasty dishes one after the other. All dishes except the rice were quite small but gastronomical delights. We were encouraged to consume all dishes ordered. Any unfinished dishes would attract an added fine included in your bill.
My grandson a youngster with an astronomical appetite was completely satisfied! The food was so good I forgot to take photos of the various dishes. The few I captured are attached.

Lovely restaurant! Fair price, but i waited a long time for the waiter to approach me and take my order not to mention the time it took to deliver it. Tho if I may say the food was almost worth the wait.... almost...

Bad service. From the all you can eat menu all the best things were "not available any more". Bad

Chinese ran but they take pride and care in their Japanese cooking. I lived in Japan for 2 years and this was the closest thing to real Japanese sushi I have had outside of Japan. Recommended. Reasonably priced all-you-can-eat menu.

Amazing. No other words will do. Best sushi we've ever had. All you can eat, but freshly prepared as you order. Friendly staff. Great service. Well done Kyoto
