Probably the worst customer service ever experienced. We did a reservation and when we went there they told us that the chef is very busy with deliveries and they cannot serve us food...

For conveyor belt sushi, quality is very good. Service is also good. Great spot for a casual business lunch. Not cheap for Dutch standards.

I ordered online a sushi box to pick up myself the next day. I was happy with the service- my order was waiting for me precisely on time. I used "Woensdag-SushiDag" action, whuch means I got my sushi box with 50% discount. So I think it was a really good quality-price deal. I also got wasabi, ginger and soya sauce for free. Sushi was decent, tasted fresh, and alltogether tasty, however not the best one I've eaten in Utrecht. I personally prefer Sumo Sushi.

Sushi is pretty good and made fresh. They have the conveyor style where you can just pull off the plate your want. Pricing varies based on color of your plate. Staff is friendly and will get you anything not coming on the conveyor. Good lunch place

Ordered sushi here for a late evening at work. By far the worst sushi I have ever eaten - you are better off getting sushi from the AH to go. As an attempt to hide the use of bland white cooked to death rice and not fresh fish, they cover everything with mayo, but that doesn't make it any better. Knowing quite some great sushi places in Amsterdam, I cannot help but think that the other reviews are either planted by the restaurant (or this place somehow attracts customers whose taste buds died a long time ago). Do yourself a favor and order from one of the great sushi places Amsterdam has to offer and avoid Sushi Time!
