Its a 0 star ! You book the taxi and they take money for the booking in advance. Then few hours before the flight I got an email (not a text or a call) that they dont have taxi available. If that was for a one person that would be ok but the booking was for 7 people. When I called them attitude was appaling. Still waiting for money!

Booked a nice taxi from airport Fiumicino on Rom to city center and after a week back again for 170 EUR. But in confirmation it was no longer a nice Mercedes, but a new FIAT. However we were picked up on a rather old FIAT. Same on way back.
There were many much nicer and modern taxis at the airport and the regular fee was only 48 EUR one way, so 98 EUR both ways.
We (2 adults and 2 children) can not recommend paying 72 EUR more for TAXI2Airport. We see no extra value other than taking more money from uninformed tourists like we were.

Made a booking in Australia, they took my money right away, chased them up 24 hours before because they were struggling to find a driver and they replied and said they couldn't find anyone, and cancelled my booking, lucky I chased them up. They are now telling me it will take 4 days to receive my money back even though they took it right away without being able to 100% guarantee a driver.

Was a great experience. Drivers were there and ready (early!) without any reconfirmation. Comfortable vehicles. Friendly drivers. I used for roundtrip to Schipol. So much easier than other transit options. He's just waiting for you at customs exit.

Going to Amsterdam and worried because of dodgy taxi companies outside Schiphol Airport ? - Ok just use these guys, super polite ,reliable,smart and punctual, fairly priced and professional, more like a chauffeur than the steriotypical rude, greasy ,smelly no show taxis we have here in the UK . Also there is someone manning the phones when you may need them . *They will meet you at the BIG RED AND WHITE CUBE on the way out of the airport, its massive, just walk out, you CANT miss it, or if you want simply go to information a huge yellow desk and they will show you a picture and point the way, but if you just walk out you WILL see it .Great company will use again, they even carry your bags.
