Ik werd zonder behandelplan naar huis gestuurd en zou gebeld worden. Ik kon maar op 2 dgn in de week de persoon spreken die daar over ging. Dus na 2 weken eindelijk telefonisch contact te krijgen. Blijkt dat ik weer terug moest komen want ze kon het niet over de telefoon beoordelen. Ik vroeg nog zijn daar extra kosten aan verbonden? Nee dat is een na controle. Vervolgens was mijn hond in die 2 weken zeer achteruit gegaan en kreeg weer een rekening! Slechte communicatie en erg onduidelijk. Ik zou ze nooit aanraden!!! Hond heeft weken met pijn rond gelopen.

This people are amazing, when I called them, they were very honest and sincerely wanted to help. The girl who answered the phone gave me good advice, my cat is now doing great.
Also its great to know that they are there, and we are not completely hopeless when all vets are closed.

My dog needed to go there emergencyly, staff were nice and my dog had to be isolated room with me, but the staff brought me a cup of coffee and the vetnarian was excellent. She knows about dog's behave and sickness, told me exact what I should do. Well, he is getting much much better and thank you for saving his life and myself. I really suggeste if your dogs or cats or other animals were sick and needs urgent treatment, you have to take this place. Call there before you go. Ciao!

MCD is the best ever Emergency clinic I have seen and I have seen plenty in the US, UK and now, The Netherlands. The staff and specialists are very professional, compassionate and well abreast with latest research in pet care.
