This is a piece of Art, and you can climb it!
Free to access also means no supervision or gear to climb with. So you need to know what you are doing, and have the right gear.
For toproping you need;
25 metre rope
2 screwgate carabiners for top bolts
Some balls to climb on top and build it.
For lead climbing you need;
25 meter rope
Up to 9 guickdraws
1 screwgate for top bolt, with a quicdraw as backup.
And for both you need harnesses, belay apparatus and some common sense.
Be warned, during festival season the wall might not be accessible.
