Als local word je bij dit info punt erg klantonvriendelijk behandeld en dat niet voor de eerste keer. Ik vroeg nu om een foldertje met info over de tram- en buslijnen in Delft. “ Nee mevrouw dat geven we alleen mee als u een dagkaart koopt”. En dan ben ik een inwoner, is het nog onvriendelijker als je als toerist komt of zijn ze er dan juist vriendelijk?

Terrible!!
The lady didn't give any information, and she was reluctant to answer my questions.
I had to make a lot of questions to get a small piece of info.
She was supposed to help, but only made me mad...
