I'm super disappointed from their services! You have to wait on the phone for at least half an hour until someone picks up! They're absolutely not interested about their clients and cars! Today we were waiting for half an hour on the phone to ask if we can hold the car longer, then they said they will call us back with the answer, but we never received a call back and they are not working now for the next two days! What are we supposed to do now?! And if you have a trouble on the road and they just don't pick up the phone?! This is not serious!

Telefonisch zeer slecht te bereiken, zelfs nadat hun telefoonsysteem zegt door te schakelen naar een ander filiaal.
