early arrived (7 a.m.) I did not find where to leave the car keys
and I did not find any information near Sixt office where to leave the keys...
also, no one answered the phone (hotline)
at the risk I had to leave the keys in the car :/

I can't ask more for a car rental service. No problems, just drive the car to work in Netherland and at the end return it. The BMW 5.20 d touring X was made our life easy over there. It was raining, so it was a really good option. That made me think to buy one for me in Portugal.
