The staff and service are really great!
Only used the hotel, not the kitchen, so can't say about the food, I hear it's excellent.
The room is not very comfortable, nor user friendly.

We went to Auberge Nassau during Restaurant Week (surprise menu for 27.50 euro). We had a three course menu with some local ingredients. For starter I chose salmon, which was very good (served together with 'cucumber spaghetti' and scampi). Tasted very good. Sea bream fillet was my main dish. It was served with parsnip, organic carrot and chive veloute. It was delicious. We got some amuses as well and chose cheese platter for dessert which were some local cheeses.
Great value for money! Recommended if you want to enjoy great food in a not too formal atmosphere.
