Good food, meals are large (however hot spicy ribs are not spicy at all). Long waiting times, despite restaurant not being full. And finally the service: the waitresses were absolutely not smiling at all, it looked like their being forced to do their job...

Great food and service ! Enjoyed the place slot with the decorations and clothes Al in style of an American ribhouse. Going back soon !

The total experience is not bad. The place is clean, enough parking and is nicely crowded most evenings. However, the meat especially is not that good. It is not bad either, it is just ok. Deserts are overpriced and service could have been quicker to respond to empty glasses. It was not bad. It just was not good either.
